Welcome to Conscious Ceremonies. By visiting our website, filling out an intake form, or working with us to co-create a ceremony, you are agreeing to the following terms. These are here to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a safe, sacred experience for everyone.
1. Services
Conscious Ceremonies provides ceremony design, facilitation, and guidance for life’s milestones and transitions. All services are customized to reflect your unique vision, intentions, and needs.
2. Client Responsibility
By engaging with us, you agree to:
Share honest information regarding your vision, intentions, and logistical needs
Provide accurate contact and payment details
Communicate openly and respectfully throughout the process
Recognize that ceremonies are co-created experiences and your presence, energy, and clarity are essential
3. Bookings & Payment
A non-refundable 25-50% deposit may be required to reserve your ceremony date
Remaining balances are due by the agreed-upon timeline stated in your contract or invoice
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling Policy:
More than 90 days before ceremony: May be rescheduled without penalty, subject to our availability
60-90 days before ceremony: Rescheduling fee of $500 applies to cover administrative costs and potential travel rebooking expenses
30-60 days before ceremony: Rescheduling fee of $1,000 applies, plus client is responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred (flights, accommodations, vendor deposits)
Less than 30 days before ceremony: Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. Client is responsible for all non-refundable costs incurred, including travel, accommodations, and vendor commitments
Travel Arrangements: Travel is typically booked 60-90 days before your ceremony. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, clients assume financial responsibility for any changes to non-refundable bookings.
Deposits: Non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled date when possible.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the ceremony may result in forfeiture of payments already made, as preparation work is underway and vendor commitments may be non-refundable.
Force Majeure: If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
5. Refunds
We honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every ceremony. For this reason, payments (beyond the deposit) are only refundable under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

6. Scope of Services
Our work is ceremonial, spiritual, and experiential in nature. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own well-being before, during, and after the ceremony.
7. Liability
By participating in a ceremony, you acknowledge and accept that:
You are entering a ceremonial experience at your own discretion
Conscious Ceremonies and its facilitators are not liable for personal injury, emotional distress, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
You release us from liability related to your participation, except where prohibited by law

Your personal information, intentions, and ceremonial experiences are held in strict confidence. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
