At Conscious Ceremonies, we don't hand you a template and call it Sacred.

Every Ceremony we facilitate is co-created with you, honoring your story, your vision, your needs, and your becoming.

Here's how we work together to bring your Ceremony to life.

Our 5 Step Process

  • We meet via video call or in-person to hear your story, understand your transition, and explore if we're the right fit. This is a sacred space to dream into your vision without pressure or obligation.

    In this call, we explore:

    • What threshold are you honoring?

    • What do you hope to feel during and after the ceremony?

    • Who will be present (private, intimate, or communal)?

    • What's your timeline, location, and approximate budget?

    • Are there specific elements calling to you (plant medicine, energy work, ancestral honoring)?

    This is as much about energetic alignment as logistics. If we're meant to walk this path together, we'll both feel it.

  • Once you book, we schedule collaborative design sessions where we co-create every element of your ceremony. This isn't us telling you what to do: it's us listening, asking questions, and weaving your vision into ritual form.

    The frequency of our sessions depends on your ceremony:

    • Intimate ceremonies: 1-2 deep-dive design sessions

    • Larger packages (Medicine Matrimony, Solar Returns with guests): Bi-weekly or monthly meetings throughout your planning journey to track vendors, timelines, logistics, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision

    Together, we explore:

    • What rituals feel aligned with your intentions?

    • What needs to be released? What needs to be claimed?

    • What symbols, objects, or elements hold meaning for you?

    • What tone feels right: joyful, solemn, playful, reverent, or all of the above?

    • How do you want your community (or just us) to witness and participate?

  • We handle everything behind the scenes so you can be fully present.

    What we do:

    • Source or create all ceremonial elements (candles, flowers, ritual objects, altar items)

    • Prepare the physical space with energetic clearing

    • Coordinate with any venues, vendors, or collaborators

    • Offer optional preparatory sessions: grounding practices, Kundalini activation, Spiral emotional clearing, intention-setting rituals

    You receive a detailed ceremony outline so you know the flow, but we also hold space for Spirit to move through in unexpected, beautiful ways.

  • On Ceremony day, we arrive early to set sacred space. Then we facilitate your ritual with full presence, skill, and devotion.

    What this looks like:

    • We hold the container so you can be IN the experience, not managing it

    • We guide participants through each ritual element with clarity and care

    • We adapt in real-time, honoring what arises (tears, laughter, silence, spontaneity)

    • We witness you fully, in your vulnerability, your joy, your becoming

  • The Ceremony doesn't end when the candles are blown out. Integration is where the magic roots into your life.

    What we offer:

    • 1-2 follow-up sessions (virtual or in-person) to process the experience

    • Support navigating your new chapter or identity

    • Akashic Integration Sessions to offer guidance on your new chapter

    • Guidance for continuing practices that arose during ceremony

    • Ongoing check-ins if extended support is desired

Typical Investment Ranges:

  • Intimate (1-10 guests): $500–$3,000+

  • Medium (10-30 guests): $1,500–$8,000

  • Large (30+ guests): $3,000–$10,000+

  • Medicine Matrimony (full wedding coordination + ceremony): Starting at $5,000

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Ideally 2-3 months for most ceremonies, 6-12 months for Medicine Matrimony or large events. However, we've held beautiful ceremonies with just 2 weeks' notice when the timing and logistics were right.

  • Yes! We're based between Austin, TX & Chicago, IL,  but facilitate ceremonies nationwide. We bring as much or as little supplies needed to ensure your vision comes to life.  *Travel expenses are added to the Ceremony investment.

  • Absolutely. Plant medicine is always an optional offering and never required. Many of our most profound Ceremonies are held in pure presence.

  • That's what we're here for! Most people come to us knowing they need something but aren't sure what. The consultation and design process help you clarify and claim your vision.

  • Yes. We honor all paths and weave a Ceremony that reflects YOUR beliefs and traditions, whether that's Christian, Buddhist, pagan, secular, or a blend of many.

  • You have full sovereignty over:

    • The flow and structure of your ceremony

    • Which rituals feel aligned (and which don't)

    • The tone: joyful, solemn, playful, reverent, or all of the above

    • Who's present: private, intimate circle, or larger community

    • Spiritual or religious elements you want woven in (or left out)

    • Music, readings, symbols, colors, and sacred objects

    • Whether plant medicine is part of the experience

    We bring our expertise, intuition, and ceremonial knowledge, but YOU are the authority on your own story. Our role is to listen deeply, offer guidance, and weave your vision into something that feels sacred, authentic, and whole.

    If something doesn't resonate, we don't include it. If something matters deeply to you, we honor it fully.

  • Every Ceremony is unique, but all Include:

    • Pre-Ceremony Consultation to understand your vision and intentions

    • Collaborative Ceremony Design tailored to your story and needs

    • Energetic Space Clearing and Preparation before the ceremony begins

    • Full Facilitation with grounded presence and sacred holding

    • Ceremonial Elements such as altar creation, blessing rituals, guided meditation, and symbolic acts (cord cutting, candle lighting, offerings, etc.)

    • Integration Support through follow-up sessions or guidance materials

    Depending on your Ceremony type, we may also include: vow writing support, herbal preparations, cacao or sacred medicine facilitation, music/soundscape curation, guest coordination, and ancestral honoring rituals.

    Everything is designed with intention, nothing is filler or from a template.

  • It depends on the ceremony type and your intentions:

    • Intimate personal rituals (cord cutting, uncrossing, name change): 1–2 hours

    • Blessingways, solar returns, seasonal ceremonies: 2–4 hours

    • Medicine Matrimony (weddings): 30 minutes to 2 hours for the Vows | Ceremony itself, though we're with you throughout the event day if doing Full coordination and Event based on your needs. Average package 1-3 days. 

    • Sacred Medicine journeys: 4–8 hours of held space, including preparation and integration time

    • Custom Ceremonies: Varies based on your vision. We'll design the timing together

    We never Rush. The Ceremony unfolds at the pace it needs to.

    Some moments ask for silence; others ask for celebration. We hold space for it All.

  • Once the planning work begins, 50% deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future ceremonies if you need to reschedule. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
