How Conscious Ceremonies Was Born
Crystal and Katie's paths converged in 2024 through divine timing and a mutual friend's intuition. What began as a client relationship quickly deepened into a cosmic sisterhood: two women unlocking transformation within each other, witnessing one another's becoming.
When Crystal facilitated Katie and her fiancée's first couples medicine ceremony, something sacred clicked into place. Months later, as an ordained minister, Crystal was honored to officiate the matrimonial union of Katie and her wife in an intimate ceremony at the close of 2024. In that moment, standing together in reverence, weaving ceremony with consciousness, Conscious Ceremonies was born.
The collaboration felt effortless, inevitable. Both women had been called to this work separately, but together they discovered a shared mission: to restore ceremony as a way of life. To bring consciousness, reverence, and sacred intention back into life's most profound passages. Not as events to get through, but as portals to step into.
A Union of Gifts
Crystal brings the alchemical fire: Kundalini activation, plant medicine facilitation, somatic healing, and energetic clearing. Katie carries ancestral wisdom: Cherokee and Choctaw teachings, herbal medicine, Candlework, and the grounded magic of earth-based ritual.
Together, as Manifesting Generator and Projector in Human Design, they create a dynamic harmony. Vision meets manifestation, intuition meets action, spirit meets form.
From birth to death, unions to transitions, blessingways to farewells, Crystal and Katie hold the full spectrum of life's sacred thresholds. Their ceremonies honor lineage, celebrate love, clear what's ready to be released, and welcome what's ready to be born.

Crystal Morris is a masterful healer and corporate dropout who traded the tech world for sacred work after a profound plant medicine experience in 2020. Following the loss of someone to suicide, she received a crystal-clear vision: devote her life to helping others reconnect with their hearts, heal their pain, and remember who they truly are.
Since then, Crystal has immersed herself in intensive sacred training—not just to learn techniques, but to truly live and embody the healing herself. She is a Certified Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Plant Medicine Guide & Integration Coach, Master Spiral Emotional Clearing & NLP Facilitator, Reiki Master, and skilled Somatic Bodyworker.
With fierce compassion and grounded presence, Crystal holds sacred space for life's most profound transitions. Whether facilitating Medicine Matrimony, Energy Release Ceremonies, or Sacred Plant Medicine Journeys, she creates containers where participants feel witnessed, supported, and deeply alive. Her unique approach blends ancient wisdom with modern energetics, honoring each person's path with reverence and rootedness.

Katie Marie Cook is a Cherokee and Choctaw ceremonialist, herbalist, and spiritual guide walking a divinely led path. As a rattlesnake tooth Spirit Number 3, she carries a clear assignment: to help people move from dis-ease into a life brimming with prosperity, remembrance, and alignment. Her work is rooted in the ancient teachings of her ancestors and guided by the cycles of earth, water, and stars.
From her years as an educator to her path as a doula, healer, herbal medicine maker, Candlework practitioner, and spiritual business strategist, every chapter led Katie home—to ceremony, to the land, and to the sacred calling of holding transformational space. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Trauma-Informed Cuddlist Practitioner, and carries deep training in Cherokee cosmology, plant medicine wisdom, somatic grounding, and energetic clearing.
Katie's ceremonial approach blends ancestral fire with cosmic tenderness. Whether facilitating Medicine Matrimony, guiding Blessingways, crafting rites of passage, or preparing herbal medicines for ritual use, her devotion remains the same: to create spaces where people can remember themselves again. She carries both softness and sacred rebellion—a little Sailor Moon sparkle and a whole lot of Indigenous wisdom. Her work is reciprocal, relational, and built on the knowing that when one of us heals, seven generations heal with us.
