I came to this work through breakdown and breakthrough, through corporate burnout and sacred awakening, through the kind of loss that cracks you open so completely that you can never go back to who you were before.
For over a decade, I worked with some of the world's top tech companies: Apple, Tesla, Amazon. I was good at what I did. I climbed the ladder. I managed teams, built systems, and delivered results. But beneath the success, I was hollow. Burnt out. Emotionally numb. Disconnected from my body and any sense of what my life was actually for.
I kept searching for something I couldn't name. Something real. Something sacred. Something alive.
The Vision That Changed Everything
In 2020, following the loss of someone I loved to suicide, I sat in a plant medicine ceremony and received a vision so clear it felt like remembering something I'd always known: it was time to shed the corporate façade and devote my life to helping others reconnect with their hearts, heal their pain, and remember who they truly are.
That experience became the catalyst for a complete life transformation. A soul initiation. A death and rebirth of identity, purpose, and way of being in the world.
I didn't just leave my corporate career. I left behind the armor I'd been wearing, the patterns I'd been repeating, the version of myself that had learned to perform instead of feel.
Living the Healing, Not Just Learning It
What followed was years of deep, uncomfortable, transformational work. I immersed myself in intensive study and sacred training, but more importantly, I did the healing myself. Every modality I offer today is one I have experienced and integrated firsthand.
I moved through layers of trauma, ancestral patterns, and societal conditioning through somatic bodywork, emotional clearing, energy medicine, plant medicine journeys, and sacred sexuality practices. I learned these tools not to add credentials to a resume, but to truly live and embody the healing. To be changed by it. To let it reshape me from the inside out.
This is why I can hold what I hold. Not because I read about it in a book or took a weekend training, but because I have walked through the fire myself. I know what it feels like to be cracked open. To release what no longer serves. To reclaim sovereignty. To remember divinity.

My signature offering, Sacred Spinal Activation, fuses Kundalini Activation, Spinal Energetics, and Spiral Emotional Clearing into a multidimensional healing experience. Whether I am facilitating a Sacred Medicine Ceremony, Intuitive Microdosing Coaching session, an emotional clearing, or an energetic recalibration, I hold a sacred, judgment-free field that honors each person's unique path.
How I Lead and Hold Space
As a Manifesting Generator in Human Design, I bring both vision and momentum. I see what wants to be created and I have the energy to manifest it into form. This makes me a powerful co-creator in ceremony design, someone who can hold the big picture while also tending to the details that make an experience transformational rather than transactional.
As a Virgo, I bring precision, organization, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. I notice everything: the timeline that needs adjusting, the vendor who needs a gentle redirect, the moment the energy shifts and requires attention. My Virgo nature means I approach ceremony with both devotion and discernment. I create systems that hold, structures that serve, and containers meticulously prepared so the sacred can unfold without chaos undermining it.
This combination means I move quickly without sacrificing quality or care. I am both the visionary and the one ensuring every detail aligns with that vision. Service-oriented leadership that is grounded, reliable, and deeply thorough.
I lead with fierce compassion and grounded presence. I actively tend the energetic field, noticing what needs clearing, integration, speaking, or silent witness. My analytical mind serves the intuitive work, ensuring nothing essential is overlooked while remaining fluid enough to adapt when the moment calls for it.
I believe healing is not linear. It is cyclical, sacred, and deeply individual. My role is not to fix anyone or impose my vision of what their healing should look like. My role is to create the conditions where their own healing intelligence can activate and guide them home to themselves.
Ceremony as Medicine
At Conscious Ceremonies, I bring all of this into the work of holding sacred transitions. When I facilitate Medicine Matrimony, I am not just coordinating a wedding. I am holding the energetic container for two souls to initiate into conscious partnership. I am clearing family patterns that would otherwise follow them into marriage. I am creating the conditions for guests to become witnesses rather than spectators.
When I work with individuals in plant medicine ceremonies, I am holding space for the deepest healing work. Pre-ceremony preparation. Skilled facilitation. Integration support. Trauma-informed care. This is not recreational. This is sacred medicine, and I treat it as such.
When I offer Kundalini Activation, Spinal Energetics, or Spiral Emotional Clearing, I am working with the body's innate wisdom to release what has been stored and unlock what has been dormant. These are not techniques I perform on people. These are activations I facilitate so people can access their own power.
Why This Work Matters
We live in a world that teaches us to numb, perform, and push through. To ignore our bodies. To suppress our emotions. To keep moving even when we are breaking.
Ceremony offers something different. It offers permission to pause. To feel. To honor what is actually happening instead of pretending everything is fine.
It creates the conditions for nervous systems to settle, for grief to move, for joy to land, for transitions to be integrated rather than bypassed.
This is not luxury work. This is essential work. And more people are waking up to that truth every day.

I work with individuals, couples, and small groups. I offer deeply personal, vibrational paths to healing, expansion, and wholeness. And I do it all with the understanding that we are not broken things to be fixed, but remembering beings learning to come home to ourselves.

In addition to co-founding Conscious Ceremonies, I am also the founder of I Am Crystal Morris (Crystal Crown Consulting LLC), where I offer transformational healing experiences including Sacred Medicine Ceremonies, Intuitive Microdosing Coaching, Kundalini Activation, Spinal Energetics, and Spiral Emotional Clearing. That work allows me to hold one-on-one and small group containers for people moving through their deepest healing, providing the energetic support and integration guidance that sacred transformation requires.
I am also the CEO of Jarvis Retail, where I bring grounded leadership and strategic vision to the development of secure, compliant vending technology for age-regulated industries. My work operates at the intersection of innovation, responsibility, and access, ensuring that systems designed for modern commerce are built with integrity, safety, and foresight. It is proof that business acumen and spiritual depth can coexist, that structure and strategy can serve rather than suppress the sacred.
My co-founder, Katie, leads CosmicallyKT, a body of work devoted to holistic healing, ceremonial products, spiritual guidance, and conscious business development. She translates ceremony into everyday life through herbal medicines, education, mentorship, and offerings rooted in Indigenous wisdom and relational integrity. Her work supports people in living aligned, prosperous lives without severing themselves from care, land, or lineage.
Together, we embody a shared truth: spiritual depth and entrepreneurial leadership are not opposing forces. They are complementary expressions of purpose. Conscious Ceremonies was born from that understanding, from the knowing that sacred work deserves structure, and that business rooted in integrity can be a vessel for care, transformation, and collective good.
